Lendon is the co-founder of Mandy Moore's non-profit organization, R.E.A.C.H., which provides leadership development training to the leaders in America's foster care system. He has 15 years of leadership experience in public and private nonprofit organizations, with a focus on education, training, and leadership development. Lendon is also an award-winning screenwriter/producer with an MFA in Film Production from Columbia University's School of the Arts, where he received the 1998 Award for best screenplay and the 1999 Award for best original screenplay. He is Executive Director at his own production company Lendon Films and a member of the Writers Guild of America, West and NYU's Graduate Film Dissertation Committee.
